Why you should have a will

Ensuring that the right amount of money goes to the right people at the
right time in conjunction with your wishes.

Why you should have a will

This can be a very sensitive subject, but we feel it deserves careful planning.

For example, you may want to make sure that, if you died, as much of your estate as possible should go to your family - rather than be taken away from them in a huge tax bill. It’s particularly sensitive because tax-efficiency means taking decisions when you’re in perfectly good health. This is also an area where regulations change often and dramatically.

Thinking ahead
We can help you plan what’s best for you and the people who mean the most to you. We’ll explain what measures you can put in place, and when it’s best to do these.

Need to make or update a will?
We can’t do this for you, but we know who can. We regularly work with other professionals, including solicitors. We’re happy to recommend people we’ve worked with and who we think would do a good job for you.
